Laundry Dash — Terms & Conditions Of Service
LAUNDRY DASH USA – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 03/01/2026
This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Customer”) and Laundry Dash USA LLC (“Laundry Dash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling services, submitting laundry, or otherwise using Laundry Dash services, the Customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by all terms contained herein. If the Customer does not agree to these terms, the Customer must not use the service.
- Nature of Services
Laundry Dash USA LLC operates exclusively as a pickup, transportation, coordination, and delivery service for laundry processing.
Laundry Dash does not own, operate, or control cleaning facilities and instead coordinates laundering through independent third-party facilities.
Laundry Dash does not guarantee cleaning methods, garment treatment procedures, stain removal, or final garment outcomes.
Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, services do not include:
- dry cleaning
- hand washing
- stain treatment
- specialty garment care
- garment separation by color or fabric
- delicate garment handling
All garments submitted are processed using standard commercial wash-and-dry procedures.
- Third-Party Processing Disclosure
Customers acknowledge that garments may be processed by independent third-party laundromats or facilities selected at the sole discretion of Laundry Dash.
Laundry Dash:
- does not represent or guarantee the specific facility used
- does not supervise the facility’s internal operations
- does not assume responsibility for the facility’s conduct
Customer agrees that all risks associated with third-party laundering services are assumed by the Customer.
- Customer Warranties
By submitting items for service, the Customer warrants and represents that:
- All garments are washable and dryer safe
- all pockets have been fully emptied
- items contain no hazardous, illegal, or dangerous materials
- items do not require specialty care
- items are safe for standard laundering
Laundry Dash shall not be responsible for damage resulting from inaccurate Customer representations.
- Prohibited Items
The Customer agrees not to submit:
- delicate fabrics
- high-value designer items
- specialty care garments
- garments requiring dry cleaning
- items with sentimental value
- items contaminated with hazardous substances
- biohazards or medical waste
- flammable materials
- illegal substances
All garments submitted are conclusively deemed ordinary machine-washable household laundry regardless of brand, price, or material composition.
- Inherent Garment Risk
Customer acknowledges that standard laundering carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- shrinkage
- fading
- color bleeding
- fabric weakening
- elastic deterioration
- embellishment damage
- zipper or button failure
- manufacturer defects becoming visible
Laundry Dash shall not be liable for these outcomes regardless of cause.
- Loss, Damage, or Deterioration
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laundry Dash shall not be liable for:
- lost garments
- damaged garments
- missing garments
- theft
- deterioration
- incidental damages
- consequential damage
This limitation applies during pickup, transportation, third-party processing, storage, and delivery.
- Inventory and Item Counts
Laundry Dash does not perform garment inventories, garment counts, or garment condition inspections.
Laundry is processed by weight only.
Customer-estimated quantities are non-binding and irrelevant for claim purposes.
Any claim for missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this deadline are permanently waived.
- Service Windows
Pickup and delivery windows are estimated service windows only.
Laundry Dash does not guarantee exact arrival times.
Delays may occur due to:
- traffic
- weather
- operational conditions
- driver routing
- third-party processing delays
- unforeseen operational events
Timing deviations do not constitute breach of contract.
- Failed Pickup or Delivery
A service attempt is considered completed if Laundry Dash arrives but cannot perform the service due to:
- Customer absence
- inaccessible location
- incorrect address
- laundry not prepared
- safety concerns
Laundry Dash is not obligated to wait beyond reasonable operational limits.
- Missed Appointment & Dispatch Fees
Laundry Dash reserves the right to charge dispatch or service attempt fees for:
- missed pickups
- failed deliveries
- customer no-shows
- rescheduling after driver dispatch
- operational disruptions
Standard fee: $10 per occurrence
Fees are non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched.
- Unattended Pickup or Delivery
If the Customer authorizes unattended pickup or delivery, risk transfers immediately to the Customer once items are placed at the designated location.
Laundry Dash is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, animals, vandalism, or third-party interference.
- Minimum Order Requirement
All orders are subject to a mandatory minimum service charge, equal to twenty (20) pounds of laundry.
Orders weighing less than 20 pounds will still be billed as a 20-pound order.
The minimum charge applies without exception regardless of the actual weight submitted.
Example: A 6-pound order will still be billed as 20 pounds at the current rate.
The minimum charge is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
- Pricing, Weights & Billing
Laundry Dash services are billed per pound at the current posted rate.
Final order cost is determined after processing and weighing.
Customer agrees that:
- All weights determined by Laundry Dash are final
- checkout estimates are non-binding
- minimum order charges apply regardless of actual weight
Laundry Dash may update pricing at any time.
Pricing in effect at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.
- Payment Authorization
By placing an order, Customer authorizes Laundry Dash to charge the payment method on file for:
- final service charges
- minimum order charges
- dispatch fees
- additional service fees
- outstanding balances
Charges processed after service are final and non-negotiable.
- Refund Policy
Laundry Dash does not guarantee refunds.
Refunds, if granted, are solely at the discretion of Laundry Dash.
Service dissatisfaction does not automatically entitle Customer to refunds or credits.
- Chargeback Protection
Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with this Agreement.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension
- collections action
- recovery of dispute costs
- recovery of legal fees
- Claims Procedure
Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Laundry Dash may require:
- photographs
- video evidence
- purchase receipts
- documentation of garment condition
Failure to provide evidence may result in claim denial.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laundry Dash’s maximum liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
- the amount paid for the affected order, or
- $25 per order
This limitation applies regardless of legal claim theory.
- Abandoned Property
Laundry left unclaimed for 14 days may be considered abandoned property.
Laundry Dash may dispose of such items without compensation or further notice.
- Safety & Access Conditions
Laundry Dash may refuse service if conditions present safety risks including:
- aggressive animals
- unsafe property conditions
- illegal entry requirements
- threatening behavior
Service refusal does not entitle Customer to a refund.
- Force Majeure
Laundry Dash shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by:
- natural disasters
- severe weather
- mechanical failures
- labor disruptions
- transportation interruptions
- emergencies beyond reasonable control.
- Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laundry Dash USA LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Customer misuse of the service
- Customer violation of this Agreement
- hazardous materials submitted by Customer
- Agreement Modifications
Laundry Dash may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wayne County, Michigan.
- Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
- Assumption of Risk
Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with garment laundering, transportation, third-party processing, and delivery services.
27. Right to Refuse Service & Contaminated Laundry
Laundry Dash USA LLC reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service if laundry is determined, in Laundry Dash’s sole judgment, to present a health, safety, or sanitation risk to employees, contractors, third-party processors, or equipment.
Laundry Dash reserves the right to photograph or document unsafe or contaminated items for internal records and claim verification.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- laundry contaminated with bodily fluids, blood, feces, urine, vomiting, or biological waste
- mold-infested or heavily mildewed items
- bed bugs, insects, or pest-infested garments
- needles, sharp objects, or hazardous materials
- illegal substances or drug contamination
- items contaminated with chemicals, gasoline, solvents, or toxic substances
- laundry emitting excessive odor or unsanitary conditions
If such items are discovered after pickup, Laundry Dash may:
- immediately terminate processing of the order
- return items unprocessed
- dispose of items where required for safety or sanitation
- charge for applicable service, transport, and handling fees
Laundry Dash shall not be responsible for cleaning, replacing, or returning items deemed unsafe to handle, and no refunds shall be issued under these circumstances.
